While physical health is commonly prioritised, it is equally essential to recognise and prioritise mental health. In this short blog, we will explore why World Mental Health Day is crucial and why taking care of one's mental health is just as important as maintaining physical health.

The Stigma Surrounding Mental Health:

One of the primary reasons why World Mental Health Day is important is because it helps break the stigma surrounding mental health issues.
